PAJAMOO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Pajamoo ("Pajamoo", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Pajamoo website or services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and, if applicable, that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you provide.

3. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account

Pajamoo is not responsible for unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access. No charges occur during the trial. After 7 days, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After the trial, you will be billed based on the plan you selected. All pricing is clearly displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled.

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until the payment issue is resolved.

5. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Pajamoo delivers personalized bedtime stories using data you provide about your child. You must:

  • Be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you input
  • Consent to our use of this information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • Understand that Pajamoo stories are generated using AI and are for entertainment purposes only

6. USE OF SERVICE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service or its codebase
  • Post or transmit any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Pajamoo, including but not limited to AI-generated stories, text, visuals, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Pajamoo and its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

8. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Pajamoo does not guarantee specific story outcomes, educational benefits, or uninterrupted uptime. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9.1 AI-GENERATED CONTENT & STORY DISCLAIMER

Pajamoo uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized bedtime stories based on information you provide about your child. While we have designed our prompts, filters, and systems to create age-appropriate, safe, and family-friendly stories, we cannot guarantee that all content will be entirely free from errors, inconsistencies, or unintended themes.

By using Pajamoo, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The stories are for entertainment purposes only, and not intended as educational, psychological, or parenting advice.
  • Pajamoo does not warrant that every story will be suitable for every child in every context.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing the content before sharing it with your child.
  • Pajamoo shall not be held liable for any content generated by the AI system, including emotional, behavioral, or interpretive impacts on children or adults.

We continually monitor and improve our systems to uphold the highest content standards — and we welcome feedback if a story misses the mark.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pajamoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any legal dispute arises, it will be resolved under those laws in the courts of Toronto. We always encourage reaching out to us first — we’re here to help.
